This notice covers the HolisticZee website operated by Zee. For questions about your information or to make a privacy request, contact holisticzee.coach@gmail.com.

Your requests and permissions

We use information you provide to respond to your message or deliver the resource you request. Requesting a free guide does not by itself authorize ongoing marketing. Any newsletter permission must be stated separately, and you can withdraw it. Free PDFs remain available without submitting an email address.

Optional analytics relies on your permission. We use technical request information to operate and secure the site. Where data-protection law applies, these activities rely on consent, steps needed to provide your requested service, or our legitimate interest in responding to requests and protecting the website, as appropriate.

Services that receive information

Vercel hosts this website. PostHog receives the permitted website events only after you allow analytics. Google Fonts receives technical font requests from your browser. If you choose an email form hosted by Kit, Kit processes the form submission and associated email delivery. Your message to Zee is handled by the email service used for that conversation.

These providers may process information outside your country. Transfers are subject to the provider’s applicable data-protection arrangements and any safeguards required by law. We do not send website form contents, medical histories, completed reflection PDFs, or skin photos to PostHog.

Browser storage and your choices

Analytics is off until you allow it. Your choice is remembered for 180 days; refusal and withdrawal remove the analytics identifier and first-visit information from your browser. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep analytics off. The cookie policy explains each storage item and how to change your choice.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information and, where applicable, request portability, restrict processing, object to processing, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Information you keep yourself

Skin & Life Notes and the Shelf Reset are downloadable files. Filling them in on your device or on paper does not upload those entries to this website. Please do not submit diagnoses, medication lists, medical records, skin photos, or other sensitive health details through a public form or ordinary email.
